Grove Heritage Academy is a Christ-centered online homeschool high school serving grades 9–12. We provide strong academic coursework integrated with a biblical Christian worldview, designed for homeschool families who want rigorous academics alongside genuine faith formation. Students complete coursework at home at their own pace while being supported by experienced Christian instructors.
Grove Heritage Academy maintains high academic standards. For specific accreditation details, please contact our admissions office.
We serve students in grades 9 through 12, providing the full high school experience. Students may enroll as full-time students (taking 6 or more credits per year) or on a per-course basis to supplement their existing homeschool curriculum.
Grove Heritage Academy is a fully online school. All coursework, assignments, assessments, and instructor communication take place through our secure student portal. Students can learn from anywhere with an internet connection. While we don't have a physical campus, we build community through virtual events, group discussions, and student activities throughout the year.
We serve families across the United States. Because we function as a homeschool support program, families are responsible for complying with their own state's homeschool laws and notification requirements. We can provide documentation to assist with state filings if needed. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific state's requirements.
We offer a full high school curriculum including English Language Arts (9–12), Mathematics (Algebra I through Pre-Calculus), Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science), Social Studies (World History, US History, Government/Economics), Bible & Christian Worldview (all four years), Foreign Languages (Spanish I & II), Fine Arts, Physical Education, and various electives including Business, Health, and Computer Literacy. See our Academics page for the full course list.
Our courses are asynchronous and largely self-paced within semester windows. Students have the flexibility to work through lessons on their own schedule, but all assignments and assessments must be completed by published semester deadlines. This structure gives families flexibility while still maintaining academic accountability and momentum.
Courses use a standard letter grading scale (A to F). Grades are based on a combination of coursework assignments, quizzes, unit tests, and semester exams, weighted according to each course's syllabus. Parents and students can view grades in real time through the student portal. Official grade reports and transcripts are prepared by our academic office.
Yes. Students on the College Prep Diploma Track have access to honors-designated courses in English, Mathematics, Science, and History. Honors courses carry weighted GPA credit and include additional depth of content and more rigorous assessments. We do not currently offer AP (Advanced Placement) courses, but honors coursework is well-regarded by college admissions offices for homeschool applicants.
We accept applications year-round. Our primary enrollment windows are Fall (August start) and Spring (January start). Students who enroll mid-semester are placed into courses at the appropriate point in the curriculum and given adjusted deadlines. We recommend applying at least 2 to 3 weeks before your desired start date to allow time for processing and portal setup.
You'll need to submit the completed enrollment application, a signed Statement of Faith agreement, and the tuition agreement and payment authorization form. For incoming 10th through 12th grade students transferring from another school or program, we also request previous transcripts or records so we can evaluate transfer credits. All forms are available on our Resources page or as part of the online enrollment application.
Yes. We offer per-course enrollment for families who want to supplement their existing homeschool program with specific subjects. Per-course students pay on a course-by-course basis and have access to the student portal for enrolled subjects. Diplomas and transcripts are only issued to full-program enrolled students, though per-course students can receive a course completion letter upon request.
Yes. We evaluate previous transcripts and records to determine which credits can be applied toward the Grove Heritage Academy diploma. Transfer credit decisions are made on a case-by-case basis by our academic director. In general, we accept credits from other accredited or recognized homeschool programs, traditional schools, and community colleges. Please submit your previous records with your enrollment application or contact admissions for a preliminary evaluation.
You can submit a transcript request online through our Resources page. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Current students may request up to 2 free official transcripts per academic year; additional copies are $5 each. Official transcripts are sent directly to institutions or to you via email or postal mail, depending on your preference.
Yes. Our official transcripts include the student's full course history, grades, GPA, credit totals, and diploma track. They are formatted to meet the documentation expectations of college admissions offices and scholarship programs. We strongly recommend that families contact their specific colleges of interest early to understand any supplemental documentation requirements for homeschool applicants, which can vary by institution.
Yes. Alumni may request transcripts and records at any time. We retain student records permanently. Alumni who graduated more than two years ago should note their graduation year and student ID (if known) in their transcript request. Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Contact our office directly to arrange it.

Details are outlined in the tuition agreement. Please contact us if you need a customized payment arrangement or have questions about financial hardship situations.

Withdrawal between 31-60 days: 50% tuition refund. Withdrawal after 60 days: no refund. The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases. We handle situations involving documented hardship or medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Contact our office to discuss. Full details are in the tuition agreement.
Grove Heritage Academy is broadly evangelical and non-denominational. Our Statement of Faith affirms the foundational doctrines of historic Christianity, including the authority of Scripture, the Triune God, salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and the importance of living out one's faith. We welcome families from a wide range of Protestant traditions who affirm our core beliefs. Our goal is to equip students to think biblically and live faithfully, not to enforce specific denominational distinctives.
Yes. Bible & Christian Worldview is a required course each year at Grove Heritage Academy (4 credits total across grades 9–12). These courses are designed to build a solid theological foundation, help students engage culture from a biblical perspective, and equip them for college and life. Beyond the dedicated Bible course, a Christian worldview is woven throughout all other academic subjects.
Every course at Grove Heritage Academy is taught from a perspective that recognizes God as the author of all truth. In science, students explore creation as evidence of God's design and glory. In history and literature, we examine human experience through the lens of a biblical understanding of human nature and redemption. In mathematics, we appreciate the order and precision of God's design. Faith integration isn't an add-on. It's a framework that shapes how every subject is understood and taught.
We strongly encourage all of our students and families to be actively connected to a local church community. While we cannot monitor or require local church attendance, it is part of our vision for student flourishing, academically, spiritually, and socially. We believe the local church is irreplaceable. Our program complements what families experience there. It doesn't replace it.
